Length of class - 8 Weeks
Want to improve your endurance, strength and fit more comfortably in your clothes before the holiday season? This program is perfect for someone new to exercise OR someone who has not exercised in a long time. Learn safe, effective exercises while receiving guidance and accountability to proper eating all in a group with a common desire to feel better.
Must be able to get on and off of the floor with the assistance of a chair.
- 30 minute Pre and Post assessments (please schedule one to 2 weeks before class)
- 8 weeks of group exercise training (16 classes)
