We have trainers with a special interest in working with those looking to exercise for their best health gains and on-site physical therapists, who advise and educate trainers and collaborate in the safest exercises and methods to avoid pain and injury while working out.

About the classes:
Small Group Training Classes are created by our staff for small groups (5-10 participants) for a fun, cost-effective and efficient way to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Small groups allow some individual customization of the exercises and correction of performance.
Being designed by our staff and not pre-packaged from the web or a DVD allows our classes to be adapted to the goals, abilities and likes of our participants.
New participants will meet with one of our trainers to determine the best level for their needs and abilities. A quick and painless screening will assist us with your placement.

Now offering Pilates!
Pilates is a form of exercise that incorporates the mind and body to focus and work together. The goal is to create long, strong muscles with functional movement. People, athletes and everyone in between use pilates to gain inner strength, stability and prevent or further rehabilitate injuries. Pilates is exercise that can be applied to other workouts and athletic disciplines, particularly for those with chronic spine pain and conditions and we find it especially helpful for our equestrian population.

|Tai Chi is beneficial to everyone regardless of age and physical ability. This program is designed to enhance muscle strength and build stamina, while increasing balance and stability to aid in fall prevention. Improved flexibility and posture are added benefits through regular practice. |Relieve stress and connect your mind and body. Chair yoga is a gentle practice using chairs for seated or supported standing poses. |This class is the perfect blend of strength training and cardiorespiratory fitness. You may find us grooving to some great music or performing athletic movements. |Pilates Mat 101|
|Learn the fundamentals of pilates mat work including pelvic stabilization, neutral spine and muscle awareness song with proper breathing. Clients attending this class need to be comfortable and able to get up and down off the floor.
