Over the course of her career and schooling, Ashley has worked in various settings and most enjoys work in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. She enjoys working with people on improving their gait and balance as well as working with individuals with a wide variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries. She particularly enjoys working with runners on mechanics and return to sport. She is passionate about continuing education opportunities and utilizes tools from her trainings including Functional Rehabilitation and Prevention of Common Running Injuries, Integrative Dry Needling and McKenzie Institute Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) focusing on the lumbar spine when working with individuals to return to their full potential.

Hobbies:
Outside of the clinic Ashley enjoys spending time with family including her husband Stephen, her two sons James and Matthew and her dog Fitz. She loves spending time outdoors and stays active running, cycling and hiking.
